Welcome to the Sea Watch, 2 or 3 bedroom ocean front at the beach home fronts Richardson's black sand, swimming, and snorkeling beach on the Big Island of Hawaii. Great swimming, snorkeling, kayaking, scuba diving with shoreline access. Good for kids and adults alike. Lifeguard present during the days. Showers and picnic area border the beach. For groups of 6-8 people, a 3rd bedroom and 2nd bathroom can be accessed through a separate entrance downstairs. We do not rent the top and bottom floors separately. If a group of 1-4 occupies the top level of the house, then the bottom floor remains unoccupied. Protected swimming and snorkeling areas with lifeguards line the Hilo Bay. The Surfrider house is right next door to the Hawaii Beaches House. Located in the town of Hilo just 6 miles from the airport, this house is close to golf, restaurants, shopping, waterfalls, active volcano, farmer's market, tours, and visitor activities. Guests receive a discount on nearby kayak, scuba, bike, and sport rentals. This house boasts the highest number of returning guests each year.

Surf Rider is minutes from Black Sand Beaches, Tropical Gardens, Waterfalls, Golf, Hiking, Hot Water Ponds, Farmers' Markets, a small Zoo, Hot Pools, and more.

The Surf Rider is a 30-45 Minute drive to the Volcano Park

1. No cost if you agree to do everything on the list of cleaning that is provided
2. $75 if you will complete the laundry
3. $150 if you do none of the cleaning
