Impeccably clean and well maintained, the Palms house sleeps 1-6. Watch whales, dolphins, and sea turtles from the house or fish in the front yard. Majestic coastline makes for wonderful hiking, or simply relaxing. Short drive to volcanically heated warm pond swimming area, beaches, or the Volcanoes National Park. Close to town and services, including Hilo and Keaau Farmer's Markets, beaches, shopping, zoo, macadamia nut factory, swimming, snorkeling, scuba, golf, restaurants, shopping, waterfalls, active volcano, University of Hawaii, Keck Observatory, tours, visitor activities and much more! The Palms House is a 30-45 Minute drive to the Volcano Park

For the cleaning fee there are 3 ways of doing it
1. No cost if you agree to do everything on the list of cleaning that is provided
2. $75 if you will complete the laundry
3. $150 if you do none of the cleaning
