Great beach front home to relax at is a gracious, executive entertainment retreat. The home has 4 bedrooms and 2 baths, with a gourmet kitchen. The living room has commanding ocean and neighbor island views. The sun sets right where you can see it from your master bedroom, kitchen, living room, dining area and front bedroom. Relax in your private hot tub, to the sounds of the waterfall, while you watch the fabulous sunsets.

The home is located on Charley Young Beach, which is located at the north end of Kamaole I Beach. The sand is soft and smooth. The beach slopes very gently into the ocean (no rocks or seaweed). It is considered "the safe swimming beach" and is very popular with people who know the Maui beaches.

Kihei is often referred to as "Sunny Kihei" and for good reason. This is where the good weather is, what youcome to Maui for. Kihei is located next to Wailea where the world classhotels are located (Grand Wailea, Four Seasons, Maui Intercontinental, Stouffers, Maui Prince and Kea Lani). There are many fine restaurants, lots of shops and activities within easy walking distance from the home. There are several world class golf courses nearby.

There is a webcam on the house that is a live streaming video to give the most accurate weather report and beach conditions. The view that the webcam has is the beach in front of the house, it is the 2nd photo on the 1st line.
