Kona Magic Sands Studio

Welcome to the Kona Magic Sands Studio a lovely, oceanfront/beachfront condo is located at the Kona Reef, an upscale complex at the south edge of Kailua-Kona. You can relax on the sand or swim and surf in the sparkling sea waters right outside your door. The newly tiled pool and hot tub are positioned in full view of the ocean. Gas barbecue grills are situated in the cabana overlooking the pool. Here you can cook dinner while watching for that famed green flash as the sun sets over the ocean. The surrounding grounds provide tropical beauty and are well kept. Restaurants and shops are within easy walking distance.

This beautiful studio is perfect for you if you love the sound of the ocean. The waves crashing just outside the door will thrill you during the day and lull you to sleep at night. Next door to this well-maintained complex (Kona Magic Sands) is beautiful Magic Sands Beach (a.k.a. White Sands Beach, Disappearing Sands Beach and La'aloa Bay Beach).

During low season (April through September) this beach has pristine white sand. In the winter/high season (October through March) the sand is pulled out by high breaking surf.

As with most condo rentals in Kona, daily maid service is not provided but is available for an additional charge.

Enjoy the playful antics of dolphins, manta rays, sea turtles, and whales (in season), and watch surfers, kayaks, ships and sunsets all from the comfort of your private lanai. A newly forming white sand beach is directly in front of Dolphin Den, and a small white sand beach is located right next to the complex. Magic Sands Beach which is also known as disappearing sands.
