Directly in front of this unit is a pristine, wide, sandy beach, you can sit back, relax, take in the beautiful sunsets, and the panoramic tropical ocean views, from the inlaid lanai. Hear the soothing surf below and watch the antics of the surfers. Take a brief walk to the sand beyond the lawn below or to fine dining three blocks away. BBQ grill and picnic benches are located oceanfront by the beach. The grounds have manacured lawns and beautiful tropical plants and trees.

Located on an excellent beach that is safe for swimming in the summer with occasional rough waters October thru March. Go snorkeling to see the a multitude of different colored tropical fish. Enjoy romantic walk on the fine sandy beach to the beachpark close by, where they did film shoots of Baywatch.
