This beautiful North Shore Oceanfront home, with all the charm of Hawaiian Style Living, was recently renovated and furnished in a comfortable Hawaiian style furnishings. Under the cover of the lanai you can sit an listen to the sound of the running water of the small waterwall, while having a BBQ or your favorite drink. At the end of the property you can go down some steps to the tidal pools, snorkel and see the multitudes of colorful Hawaiian fish. If you are looking for swimming you have choices, right out front is a private bay. The owner's personal choice as well as many other vacationers is diving from the small island into 15 ft deep of tropical clear waters. The water is wonderful for swimming out there. The view is fantastic from the small Island. There is a neighborhood beach to the left of the house and to the right of the house a 2 minute drive to Waimea Bay. Across from Waimea Bay is Audubon Society, where you can stroll through the tropical gardens with endangered species of many plants and trees. Sit and relax by the waterfall or swim in the waterfall pool, or stop by for lunch at the Waimea Grill.

The house is located just 3 miles from the quaint Fishing Village Historic Haleiwa Town. This is Hawaii as you dreamed it should be. The oceanfront location allows you to leisurely wade through the tidal pools while looking for shells and letting your mind wonder on the beauty of Hawaii. There are reefs for diving and snorkeling. November thru April, watch Humpback Whales play as they migrate, close as 100 yards from the living room. Enjoy the cool trade winds rustling through the palms and the romantic sunsets while sitting outside on the balcony. The 30 mile panoramic view includes white sand beaches, crystal clear blue ocean and the tallest mountains on Oahu. Enjoy the private master suite for seclusion for couples to retreat by either having breakfast by themselves or writing.
To greet you is Rudy the friendly horse, son of a thorough bred champion stock stallion. The only payment he likes is lots of carrots.
