Large, 900 sq ft, waterfront Colony Surf studio apartment is located at spectacular Gold Coast location! on the Island of Oahu, near the base of Diamond Head Volcano, across the street from beautiful Queen Kapiolani Park.

Hawaiian style designer furnished, recently renovated vacation condo, located on the 10th floor; gives you spectacular, unobstructed ocean and Diamond Head views from an expansive 25 foot wide window opening (windows slide back to both sides).

Ceramic floor tiles and carpeting throughout. Facing to the east and west with windows on both front and back of the suite, allows the trade winds to blow through, making for a comfortable atmosphere during the warmest summer days.

Kitchen includes marble and stainless steel countertops, new gas cook-top, self-cleaning gas wall oven, dishwasher, microwave, all small kitchen appliances, dishes, cutlery, etc. The dining room has an expansive Moorish-style round table which seats five or six comfortably.

Rattan furnishings are used extensively in the sleeping area, which includes a king-size bed, along with a comfortable chaise. The spacious bathroom features a marble countertop, 12 feet of new mirrored closets, and a new shower stall with excellent water pressure.

A large antique desk separates the dining and living rooms, and serves as an office area with computer workstation, complete with a power outlet, telephone, and answering machine. The telephone jack is split to accommodate a computer modem.

The living room has two open ended sofas, a large glass coffee table, and two Hawaiian style upholstered bleached oak occasional chairs.

Building has an elegant lobby, complete with valet parking for guests, an exclusive French restaurant ("Michels"), a private sandy beach (no rocks), 24 hour security, and locked-off elevators. Nearby are two smaller upscale hotels for your guests (The New Otani and The W Honolulu), and each offers more fine dining.

The "Gold Coast" is world renowned because of its many exclusive waterfront condominium buildings. This location appeals to permanent residents of Hawaii, who appreciate a quieter neighbourhood atmosphere; a benefit for longer stay visitors, or executives on assignment. It is a leisurely 12 minute waterfront walk to busy Waikiki amenities.

Building has private sandy beach, and snorkeling equipment, kayaks and surfboard rentals, are 2 minutes away at Sans Souci Beach. Huge Queen Kapiolani Park across the street for sporting activities, including tennis, or for picnicking. Climb Diamond Head Volcano (allow 3-4 hours).
